What makes the ILI different?
- The ILI allows participants to learn in a truly multicultural peer group. Participating as a member of an international group is not always easy. There may be language barriers, cross-cultural misunderstandings or differing perspectives. But, learning together with international peers will allow you to gain real knowledge about life in different countries, sharpen your communication skills and make friends from around the world.
- The ILI offers hands-on leadership practice. Learning leadership skills is important, but hand-on practice is the best way to build the skills that you need to become a great leader in today's diverse world. Throughout the ILI experience, FIUTS builds opportunities to practice your skills through group facilitation, event planning and service projects.
