FAQ - Homestay cancellations
I need to cancel my participation in the homestay program. Can I get a refund?
It depends on when you cancel. If you cancel //more// than 10 days before your arrival, you will not be charged a fee. If you cancel 10 days or //less// before your arrival, you will be charged a fee of $25 for Homestay programs and $15 for Friendship Connection programs. This cancellation fee does NOT apply to students who cancel due to visa or enrollment difficulties.
