Welcome to the University of Washington! International Student Orientation is provided by FIUTS for all new international students at the University of Washington including graduates, undergraduates, exchange students and visiting scholars. At Orientation you will learn about important resources available to you as a UW student, as well as have an opportunity to meet other local and international students and discover Seattle!
Summer Quarter orientation will begin the Friday before classes start. Some social activities cost money - please bring cash, check or credit card with you. We look forward to welcoming you to Seattle!

12:00pm Campus and U-District Tour
Discover famous landmarks, learn your way around the city, and find the best places to eat, drink, and shop.
Meeting Place: Burke Museum Cafe
5:00pm Evening Out
Current FIUTS students will accompany the group to dinner at the famous Pike Place Market, followed by a visit to the Space Needle for beautiful views of the region.

11:00am Fremont Fair
Join current students for a trip to Seattle's largest and craziest annual neighborhood fair. A short bus ride from the U-District brings you to a world of wacky costumes, arts, crafts, food, music in the streets and more!
