International Student Orientation
Welcome to the University of Washington! FIUTS provides an orientation for all new international students and scholars at the UW including graduates, undergraduates, exchange students and visiting scholars.

At orientation you will learn about important resources available to you as a UW student, have an opportunity to meet other local and international students, and discover Seattle! FIUTS International Student Orientation is designed to make your transition to the UW as smooth and rewarding as possible.
New international students starting in Spring Quarter 2012 are advised to arrive before March 23rd. While you do not need to register for the orientation program in advance, you do need to complete your immigration check-in by visiting International Student Services in 459 Schmitz Hall when you arrive on campus.
If you are a Freshman (1st year) or transfer student, you should attend FIUTS Orientation and an Advising & Orientation (A&O) session with UW First Year Programs.
If you have any questions about the International Student Orientation, email Brianna Mercker or call the FIUTS office at 1-206-543-0735.
