What is an "I-94" form and where do I get it?
The I-94 form is an important immigration document you will receive on the plane. You fill out the card when you receive it and hand it to an immigration officer when you land. The officer will give you the bottom portion. You must keep that card and make a photocopy of it to bring with you when you complete your immigration check in at the Greeting Table. You will also need copies of your passport and of your visa.
