Join us on a fun and free sailing adventure at the Center for Wooden Boats!
Each Sunday, as part of their "Cast Off!" program, the center allows visitors the chance to sail in classic boats for FREE! Before and after your sail, we will take a walk on the docks and discover the boats. We can watch the volunteer crews rigging the boats and they will answer any questions you might have. You may even have a chance to help with the rigging! All ages are welcome and they will have life jackets for everyone.
We sail rain or shine, but wind conditions may keep us at dock; there are plenty of food options in the area that we can choose to do as a group! If the weather is truly not ideal for sailing, FIUTS will make an announcement.
So, let's cast off and sail away for a few hours!
