Events & Activities
FIUTS plans many events both around Seattle and the UW campus, as well as excursions in and around the greater Puget Sound region. These activities are a great way to make friends and get to know this beautiful area!
Our social programs are primarily designed for UW graduate and undergraduate students, as well as visiting faculty, scholars, and IELP students (Campus & Downtown). Both domestic and international students are welcome.
Trip details are made available at least 2-3 weeks prior to the event in the FIUTS office, at Wednesday Lunches and via our weekly e-newsletter. Students and scholars can sign up in person in the FIUTS office (HUB 206). Many events do not require advance sign-up, and are open to non-students as well. For more information, and a look at our upcoming schedule, please see our online calendar of events.
