20 Years of Pacific Voices: A Community Celebration

FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

For the past 20 years, community members from across the Pacific have shared the vibrancy, resiliency, and legacies of their cultures in the Pacific Voices exhibit at the Burke Museum.

Join us for a celebration honoring those who have contributed to the exhibit, and look ahead to the community collaborations in the New Burke (opening fall 2019). Enjoy dance, music and sharing throughout the evening. Food and refreshments will be available to purchase at local food trucks.

Activities include:
- Remarks from the original Pacific Voices community curators and Squamish Tribal Chairman Leonard Forsman
- Dancing and songs with the Muckleshoot Canoe Family and Tsimshian Haayuuk Dance Group (pictured)
- Purchase delicious food from TukTuk Mobile Feast and Off the Rez food trucks
