Join us to hear Tilman Ruff, 2017 Nobel Peace Prize Recipient, who will address the issue of the humanitarian risks from nuclear weapons and the remarkable 2017 passage of the UN treaty banning nuclear weapons.

About the Speaker
Tilman Ruff is co-president of International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War (IPPNW, Nobel Peace Prize recipient in 1985) and co-founder of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN, Nobel Peace Prize recipient in 2017). He is Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne’s Nossal Institute for Global Health.
