The Seattle Language and Culture Institute is an opportunity for middle and high school students (ages 13-17) from the United States and around the world to take part in a two-week global experience with FIUTS.

Morning course options include Global Leadership and Global Leadership for English Language Learners. In the afternoons, both groups come together for fun and educational excursions around the Seattle area. The SLCI is a powerful way for students to build cultural competency, practice communication and diplomacy skills, make friends from around the world, and become not just global citizens, but global leaders. 

Day Program

Students who live in the Seattle area (or who wish to arrange their own local housing) can participate in the day program, which begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM each weekday.
