Join us for an amazing a weekend exploring the world-famous San Juan Islands. Make new friends from around the world while enjoying one Washington’s most beautiful areas. Go sightseeing, enjoy some outdoor activities on the island, or maybe even spot an Orca Whale!

ADVANCED SIGN-UP BEGINS ON MONDAY, May 6TH AT FIUTS OFFICE (HUB 206)!

Date: May 25th, Saturday to May 27th, Monday

Meeting Location & Time: George Washington Statue at 9:00 AM

Lodging Info: The Orca Inn in Friday Harbor. All students will share a Queen-sized bed. Men and women will stay in separate rooms.

Cost: Includes transportation (including Ferry cost) & hotel accommodation (2 nights). You will be responsible for all meals, spending money, and cost of any activities that you choose to do on the island.

• OPTION A (share a bed with 1 other person): $160

• OPTION B (not sharing/have own bed): $180

Who: UW students, IELP, Scholars, & Staff ONLY. Limited space available; sign-up early to secure a spot.

What to bring: Participants should pack toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, towels…), clothing for the weekend, sturdy shoes, camera, and anything else that they may need for this getaway.
