FIUTS Pathways Workshops are soft-skill leadership development workshops/activities sessions → here is how you make sure that you are prepared to be part of a team, how to lead a team, working with a multicultural team, conflict resolution, etc. These workshops are intended to complement the Pathways seminars by giving opportunities for more interaction between attendees with group activities, surveys, and more. Light snacks will be provided.
